Refund policy

TRASA HOME maintains a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their purchased item.

For eligibility for a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, accompanied by tags, and packaged in its original packaging. A valid order number should be provided as proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, customers are advised to contact us at info@trasahome.com. Upon acceptance of the return, a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package will be provided. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Upon receiving their order, customers are encouraged to inspect the items immediately and notify TRASA HOME's support team promptly if they identify any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This enables enough time to assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Sale items and gift cards are ineligible for returns.

Regarding exchanges, the most efficient process is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired replacement.

After the return is received and inspects the returned item, customers will be informed about the approval status of the refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through the original payment method. It's important to note that the processing and posting of refunds by banks or credit card companies may require some time.
